Pour a little beer on your flowers in summer and they will grow fast and easily fill out the pot

Summer is here, and beer is a very refreshing drink. Of course, sometimes the beer you cannot finish just gets thrown away, which is a bit of a waste. Beer is great material for growing flowers: it can boost the metabolism of flowers and help them grow better. So how do you use beer to grow flowers?
1. Watering flowers
Beer can be used to water flowers, but it must not be poured directly into the flower pot. If you water flowers with it without diluting it, it will easily burn the roots. Generally, before using beer to water flowers, first dilute the beer about 10 times. That way, the carbon dioxide, protein and other nutrients in the beer can make the flowers grow stronger and more luxuriant.
2. Wiping leaves
Beer contains a lot of carbon dioxide, and carbon dioxide is an essential substance for plant growth. Beer also contains relatively large amounts of amino acids, phosphates and other substances, which are good for the growth and metabolism of flowers. We can dip a clean soft cloth in the diluted beer solution to wipe the leaves. The leaves can also absorb the nutrients in the beer, which can make the leaves of the flowers greener and glossier.
The method above is more suitable for green plants with relatively broad leaves, such as clivia (Clivia miniata). Of course, for smaller leaves such as mint and the happiness tree (Radermachera sinica), spraying with a spray bottle is a very good choice.
3. Beer + vitamin B12
Beer can also be used together with vitamin B12. Beer contains various amino acids and low-molecular sugars, and vitamin B12 can effectively promote the metabolic activity of plants, so green plants will grow faster and faster this way. This method lets flowers and plants absorb nutrients faster and in greater amounts, so their growth rate will increase accordingly.
4. Beer + vitamin C
This method mainly provides flowers and plants with sufficient nutrients and trace elements. Using beer mixed with vitamin C to water flowering plants can provide more nutrients for the flowers, promote flower bud differentiation and growth, and also help the flowers bloom again. However, when watering, be careful not to pour it on the flower buds.
