Why does "naked tree" sound so awkward? Could there be a "couple tree" too? Do single people really have to be treated like this? Please give them a way to live. But speaking of the naked tree, it is actually quite good, mainly because it is easy to care for. Today, the editor will tell everyone about caring for the naked tree.

The naked tree grows fairly upright, and only the central main stem grows best. The leaves fall off during growth, so there is no need to worry about leaf drop. It grows quite densely, one stem after another like sticks. The naked tree likes, or even thrives in, a warm and dry environment, so watering should be reduced during care. This is mainly because this succulent plant is native to Africa, where the climate is dry and hot. During the plant's growth, its leaves gradually diminished to adapt to the environment at the time, and then it evolved into its current leafless appearance.

When caring for the naked tree, we need to distinguish between the south and the north. In the south, it can be kept outside the window, while in the north it must be kept indoors. First of all, whether in the south or the north, it needs plenty of light in spring and autumn, and as we said above, in the south the naked tree can be placed outside for care, but this process must be done gradually, and it cannot be suddenly placed outdoors all at once.

But in summer, when high temperatures are common, we also need some shading, because too strong sunlight will scorch the main stem of the naked tree, and high temperatures will also make it go dormant. At this time, we should move the naked tree to a cool and ventilated place, which can lower the temperature around the naked tree and reduce its dormancy.

Watering also needs attention. We mainly control water, and would rather let the naked tree be a bit dry than too moist. In the growing season, that is, spring and autumn, we can appropriately increase the amount of water, watering once every 5-7 days. In summer, because the temperature is relatively high, we can water once every 3-5 days, but water must not get on the leaves, because summer sunlight is strong and water droplets will absorb a lot of energy, making the leaves prone to scorching. If we water the naked tree in summer, it cannot be at noon; only in the early morning or evening, because the water temperature at noon is too high and will scald the roots of the naked tree.

For the naked tree, we need to repot it once every 2-3 years. This is mainly to reduce soil compaction, and after replacing it with new soil, it can continue to maintain a certain level of nutrients, which is also very good for the plant's growth. Before repotting, the new pot must be disinfected to reduce the breeding of bacteria. At the same time, when repotting, we can also prune the roots of the naked tree. Trimming away some weak and diseased roots can allow the naked tree to grow new roots, and when they contact the soil and absorb nutrients, they will also be more tightly connected, which is also very good for absorbing nutrients from the soil.

The naked tree, although bare and smooth, grows very densely.
