Slippers start to smell after being worn too long? Use this to wash them, and after scrubbing they'll be like new shoes

Many people run into this problem, because the slippers at home have been worn on the feet for too long, and they smell really strange. This smell is stinky, and after smelling it for a while it can even give you a headache. Once it gets to this point, it's just unreasonable not to deal with it. Most households think about just throwing them away and buying a new pair, but actually this approach is quite wasteful! With this method you don't need to throw the slippers away; give them a proper wash and the shoes can become very clean, and after washing they'll be no different from new ones.
1. Rice water
Rice water is a good thing, and every household has it too. After washing the rice, don't pour it out; collect it all in a bucket. Then you can use it to scrub shoes, but first what we need to do is soak the shoes in it first. Soaking for about 20 minutes or so is about right, then scrub the shoes clean, and the bad smell will all be gone.
2. White vinegar
White vinegar is also our old helper, and this time it gets its turn to show off too. The method is also very simple: first soak the shoes in vinegar, and after soaking, carry them under the faucet and rinse them vigorously. After rinsing, you can wash and scrub the shoes normally, and the smell will all disappear too.
3. Toothpaste
Toothpaste is a great helper for our oral cavity, but it can also be used for some household cleaning, such as scrubbing shoes. Ordinary detergent doesn't work well, but pulling this out has an unexpected effect. If you don't believe it, you can try it yourself!
