It is a natural growth agent, even more powerful than aspirin, and it makes sprouting and rooting super fast.

But there are also some expired little pills that can be used to grow flowers, such as all kinds of vitamin tablets, aspirin... Actually these methods are all quite effective, but many flower lovers still leave comments saying they feel uneasy, afraid of killing the flowers they love. In view of these worries, today I will share a few natural fertilizers for growing flowers: "it" is a natural "growth agent", even more powerful than "aspirin", and it makes sprouting and rooting super fast. I hope you like it!
Soak willow branches in water, and you can grow any flower; rooting and sprouting are first-rate.
When it comes to willow, flower lovers all know it is an especially easy plant to grow: any branch stuck in the soil will come to life. The older generation has a saying: "Plant a flower with care and it will not bloom; plant a willow without care and it will grow into shade." This perfectly reflects the willow's super-strong ability to root and sprout.
So why is that?
According to scientific research, this is because willow sap contains a natural growth agent - "salicylic acid". This substance can promote faster rooting and sprouting in plants, and can also promote plants to bloom quickly. It is a natural growth hormone.
So how do we extract it?
It is actually very simple. We can cut a section of willow branch, remove the leaves, crush the bark, and then put it in clean water to soak. After about 10 hours, the water can be taken out to water flowers. Common household potted plants such as clivia (Clivia miniata), orchids, kalanchoe, Christmas cactus, snake plant, pothos, spider plant, gardenia, jasmine, Chinese rose, money tree, and asparagus fern... can all be used safely.
And it will not burn the roots. Flower lovers are advised to use it 2-3 times a month; after using it consistently for a period of time, you will find that your potted plants put out new leaves and new shoots like crazy, and grow especially fast. Used on gardenia, jasmine, Chinese rose and camellia, it will stop the phenomenon of buds dropping.
Soak earthworm castings in water, and the potting soil becomes loose and airy, and your flowers will never have root rot again.
Another thing is earthworm castings. This stuff is the droppings of earthworms. During their growth, earthworms absorb, digest, decompose and reassemble the straw and some soil they eat and then excrete it, forming a nutrient-rich organic fertilizer suitable for the growth of all kinds of plants. Using it to grow flowers can change the looseness of your potting soil, so that even without repotting, your potted plants can be loose, airy and highly nutritious.
Earthworm castings can actually be found on the grass in parks and under large trees, and we do not need much to grow flowers. Flower lovers can pick some up while out and about, or if you find that troublesome, you can buy a little online; it is convenient and not expensive.
The method of use is as follows:
First put the collected earthworm castings in the sun to dry for about 10 hours, then crush them and set aside for use.
There are two ways to use it:
1. You can bury it directly in the flower pot; as you water, the nutrients will slowly decompose and be released, and then be absorbed by the flowers and plants.
2. You can soak it in a basin, then stir with a stick for 5 minutes, stir again after the water clears, and after repeating this 3-4 times, you can take the water to water flowers. Flower lovers are advised to use it 2-3 times a month; keep it up, and you will find your potted plants full of branches and leaves and covered in flowers. The effect is especially good.
That is all for today's sharing.
