A potted plant with its own fragrance, a single branch stuck in soil will root, grows fast, pick and eat whenever you want

This kind of potted plant with its own "fragrance", a single branch thrown in soil will root, grows insanely fast, pick and eat whenever you want!
When I was little, there was a patch of mint growing by the edge of the vegetable garden in front of the house, basically no one bothered to tend it, yet it grew very vigorously on its own. Sometimes when the family cooked, they would go pick some to make a cold-dressed seasoning, or brew it as tea, with a rich fragrance.
Mint (Mentha) belongs to the herb category, and can also count as a vegetable; it is a plant that is both edible and attractive, green all year round, easy to care for, fast-growing, and very suitable for home growing. You don't need to buy mint to grow it, you can just pinch a bit from someone else's and pot it up yourself, and it takes root easily. Besides its green leaves, mint can also produce small light purple flowers; besides being edible, it is also great as a bonsai for appreciation, and it comes with its own mint fragrance, fresh and natural.
Mint has a fairly well-developed root system, so we can choose a slightly larger flower pot for planting, which is good for its rapid growth. It does not demand much from the soil, but sandy loam that is loose and well-draining is best for planting.
Sunlight is very important to it; apart from avoiding direct sunlight on summer afternoons, it can be kept in full sun in the other seasons, ensuring sufficient light every day, no less than 5 hours. In addition, mint also likes water; for potted plants, water when you see the potting soil is dry, and occasionally being a bit dry does not matter, but never let water accumulate. Mint's cutting propagation is very simple: cut a section of branch about 10 cm, keep 3-4 leaves at the top, put it in a cup of water and it will root, then transplant it into a flower pot with soil.
Mint's growing ability is especially strong, and it is also one of those plants in the "can't be killed" category; as long as you give it a bit of sunlight and a bit of water, it will grow insanely fast, and from then on you can pick and eat whenever you want.
