For hepatitis B patients, treatment is three parts and care is seven parts; health is the greatest wealth

Everyone knows the principle that liver disease is "three parts treatment and seven parts care," yet very few people actually do it. Often it is only when the condition becomes serious that they regret it too late! Regretting that they usually did not pay attention to their health.
1. Go to bed early, preferably around 10 pm; in traditional Chinese medicine health preservation it is believed that this can increase qi and blood, while sleeping at 11 pm can only just balance qi and blood, and staying up past 11 pm will damage the body, especially being bad for the liver, so we hepatitis B patients must pay special attention;
2. The diet should be light and nutritious; do not eat large amounts of meat and fish, and do not eat things that are too greasy and hard to digest. Moreover, hepatitis B patients had best not eat too full at each meal, as this can reduce the burden on the liver; they can eat smaller meals more often, and must not drink alcohol, as alcohol harms the liver;
3. Do appropriate exercise; the form of exercise varies from person to person, such as tai chi, jogging, and so on, to improve your constitution;
4. Maintain a cheerful mood, as this can help the liver flow smoothly and rise upward, and helps stabilize the condition;
5. The liver and kidneys share the same source, so you must pay attention to moderating desires and preserving health; you must not have excessive sexual activity. This point is very important.
6. Get up in the morning and drink warm boiled water; before going to bed at night, soak your feet in very hot water. I also think this is very good: drinking water in the morning can clear the intestines and remove toxins, and soaking your feet at night helps sleep and relieves fatigue.
These 6 points seem to be understood by everyone, but few people actually do them, so many people's liver disease is always recurring, and in the end the liver damage becomes more and more serious. I hope everyone will persist in paying attention to their own health. Health is the greatest wealth!
