Recently, after finally managing to save a little money, my husband and I plan to buy an apartment. But there are really too many houses on the market right now, and my husband and I are both feeling dizzy just choosing. And on top of that, my husband and I have been hesitating between a bare-shell home and a fully furnished one for half a month now, just not knowing which one to choose. One day when I went out to hang out with my best friend, I complained to her for a while, and finally said: "We'll probably just buy a bare-shell home, my husband really wants to decorate it himself!" Hearing this, my best friend quickly stopped me! After hearing her explanation, I felt a little lucky. Thank goodness my best friend talked me out of it, otherwise I really would have bought wrong!
First, my best friend said, the biggest advantage of a fully furnished home is that you don't have to use your own brain! Your husband wants to decorate it himself because he's afraid the construction company will cut corners on materials! But if you find a reliable housing source, they won't fake the materials for the sake of their own reputation. If you decorate it yourself, you have to go to the market yourself to buy materials. What do you know? You're just an outsider. Isn't it easy for those businesspeople to fool you!
Second, my best friend also said, if you buy a fully furnished home, and this whole area of yours is fully furnished homes, everyone moves in comfortably, and there won't be neighbors starting up the electric drill with a zizz-zizz early in the morning, and there won't be neighbors still banging on the wall with thud-thud-thud in the middle of the night. Buying a bare-shell home is different. You're really listening to a symphony 24 hours a day, with no peace at all!
After hearing it, I felt that what my best friend said was really right. Why couldn't I think of these problems myself before! You really still have to talk with people more. When you run into problems, you can't just keep your head down and think alone! If my best friend hadn't stopped me, I guess I would have bought a bare-shell home, and I really would have suffered a big loss!
