Hibiscus with yellow leaves and no flowers? There is only one reason

Hello everyone, today we are going to talk about the care of hibiscus. Lately, some flower lovers have been asking why their hibiscus has yellow leaves, so today let's talk about it. I used to grow a hibiscus, an ordinary bright red variety,
because the plant I was growing was too big and inconvenient to move, so I just left it outside to grow, and it froze to death in winter. This hibiscus is rather afraid of low temperatures.
Now, I bought two online, one is Dream City, which is a bicolor. And the other is Diamond Lemon, which is a yellow one; both are quite attractive varieties.
When these two hibiscus plants were first bought, their leaves were all very emerald green. But now, as you can see, this kind of yellow leaf has appeared. What is the reason for this? Let's talk about it.
When buying flowers online, we also easily run into this problem: when they arrive they are normal, and then after removing the packaging and putting them in a plastic bag, after potting them up the leaves gradually start turning red. This is because during the transport process, which is about three or four days, during transport the root system is exposed, which is the reason for the lack of water, fertilizer and nutrients. It was left to dry out.
After receiving them, I potted them up directly, then put them in a ventilated place with scattered light to let them slowly recover, and then sprayed them with clean water twice a day. Hibiscus generally does not develop yellow leaves; if yellow leaves do appear, it is a lack of water and nutrients.
I let them recover in a ventilated place for two or three days. As you can see, these leaves have stopped turning yellow, which means they have almost successfully recovered, and then they can be potted up.
This larger hibiscus, these nodes, some have become too long and leggy; it is somewhat leggy from lack of light. Hibiscus likes light and likes water and fertilizer, and fears lack of water the most, so normally we should not let it go short of water; put it in a place with plenty of light, and then this hibiscus will grow very well. In the video below, I will talk about how to pot up this hibiscus and how to prune it. Um, if you like it, please pay attention.
Please help forward and support. Buyan thanks everyone here!
