Pothos is one of the most common flowering plants in the home. It can not only absorb harmful indoor gases, but also make the indoors full of vitality. Although pothos is relatively easy to care for, recently many gardening friends have told me that their pothos leaves always turn yellow, so what should be done? In fact, you can try these few kinds of solutions, which can not only make the leaves glossy green, but also make it grow like crazy and fill the whole pot.

Aspirin

Many gardening friends probably know about using aspirin to grow flowers, and the effect of using it to grow flowers is really first-rate, because aspirin can break down into a substance called salicylic acid in water, which can effectively promote root growth, making the roots thick and strong, and can also achieve the effect of disinfection and sterilization. First soak one aspirin tablet in 1kg of water, wait until it dissolves, then water the pothos with it. Water about once every 2 weeks, and it can make the pothos leaves glossy green and full of luster.

Watermelon rind

Collect the watermelon rinds after eating, remove the red flesh and wash them clean, then cut them into small pieces and put them into a plastic bottle. In summer, leave it under the sun to bake for half a month and it will produce liquid. Then mix the watermelon rind water and clean water at a ratio of 1:10 and stir evenly, and water the pothos directly with it. This way the pothos leaves will no longer turn yellow.

Milk water

Milk bought at home easily expires and goes bad if you are not careful, and throwing it away really hurts. It would be better to use it to grow pothos. First put the milk under the sun to bake. If it swells with gas, you can let some gas out. When it finally stops swelling and there is the usual separation inside, that means it has fermented well. Then you can dilute it with 10 times the amount of clean water and water the pothos directly with it, which can make the pothos grow rapidly upward.

Soybean water

Soybeans contain the nitrogen element that plants need, and using them to grow pothos works extremely well too. Even soybeans with bugs can be used. First boil the soybeans, then after boiling pour them into a plastic bottle and add an appropriate amount of clean water, put it under the sun to bake, and basically it can ferment successfully in one month. Dilute the soybean water and clean water at a ratio of 1:10, then use it to water the pothos, which can give the pothos sufficient nutrients to grow.
