What are the precautions for fumigating and disinfecting hatching eggs?
Precautions to note when fumigating hatching eggs
First, hatching eggs that have been in incubation for 1 to 3 days must never be disinfected. Second, the container should be an enamelware utensil with a capacity of more than 10 times the amount of formalin. Third, adding a small amount of water during fumigation makes the reaction complete. Fourth, add formalin first, then add potassium permanganate, and the reaction will be fast. Otherwise it will be slow. Fifth, eggs with water droplets on the surface must not be fumigated, otherwise formaldehyde will combine with the water droplets and affect the inside of the eggs.
