A universal formula for pig disease prevention and treatment, sharing original experience
There is a universal formula for pig diseases (original)

First, a declaration
1. I am not selling medicine
2. I am not promoting any manufacturer; I work for an individual, and the manufacturers have nothing to do with me.
3. What I am talking about are epidemic diseases, cases where deaths occurred and necropsies were performed.
4. You can give me your opinions, but there is no need to doubt, because in recent years I have cured cases that others could not treat successfully.
5. "Universal" is aimed at the majority; a few cases need sulfonamides, Benir, etc., and specifically require necropsy and clinical symptom assessment.
6. After treating the whole herd for 3-5 days, stop the medication for about 2 days, then treat according to symptoms. For severe respiratory cases, mainly use respiratory drugs; for severe diarrhea, use diarrhea drugs; for neurological symptoms or arthritis, use sulfonamides. If the blood is thin and the skin turns white first and then yellow, watch out for blood parasites, etc.
7. The only way to treat swine fever is emergency vaccination. Of course, serum also works well but is hard to buy. I use swine fever vaccine to treat various viral diseases. Because over 80% of all current infectious death cases involve swine fever. There may be no swine fever symptoms, but it still plays a role. I have several colleagues who used this method and, although they had just graduated, they cured several farms' troublesome infectious diseases and became well known locally. Even after the high-fever disease passed, a few farmers said I could treat diseases too, because they knew emergency vaccination had an effect. I still suggest that what is said here is all for reference. Medication must match the symptoms; when you have no other option, you can try it. The earlier the better.
8. On-site veterinarians are the dumbest; many diseases fail no matter who treats them. It is still that saying. Now is the time when raising matters more than prevention, and raising and prevention are equally important. The key is also to strengthen nutrition and environmental temperature and hygiene, and do a good job of immunization, disinfection, and deworming.
Is there a universal formula for pig diseases? The answer is yes, because when epidemics break out many people use a universal formula. At first I did not pay attention, but later I found it really works, and many other large pharmaceutical companies also have their own universal formulas. It is like when I had just graduated and was interning at a veterinary station; for horse impaction we used rhubarb, gentian, and artificial salt, three medicines in three colors, and it worked every time. For severe cases, giving an IV drip was also a universal formula. For canine distemper in dogs, every household also had its own universal formula, and they all worked well.
The universal formula for pigs is also symptomatic treatment. It attacks several diseases in a targeted, all-around way. There are antiviral and antibacterial drugs, nutritional drugs, and fever-reducing drugs. But for malignant infectious diseases like high-fever syndrome, absolutely do not use antipyrine, ceftiofur, dexamethasone, or astragalus polysaccharide to treat them. I hardly use these drugs. For example, Hebei Jizhong, Dabeinong, Shandong Xinde, etc. Of course, I have not used some manufacturers' drugs, but I know they work well, because some of my friends have used them or I have seen them in some magazines. For example, for interferon I think Dalian Sanyi and Xinde are relatively famous; Tengjun with florfenicol ingredient, Novartis's Flufenkang, Dabeinong's Hunuofen, Zhengbang's, etc. Below I will only mention the ingredients:
Injection: florfenicol + doxycycline or oxytetracycline mixed, once every 2 days, for 2-3 consecutive times
Simultaneous injection: interferon or transfer factor, Yuanlankang, Andrographis paniculata, Houttuynia cordata and other antiviral drugs
After one course of injection, about 3-4 days, regardless of whether there is swine fever, emergency vaccinate with swine fever vaccine 5-50 doses. The dosage mainly depends on the pig's size and the vaccine quality. I generally use ordinary spleen and lymph vaccine: 6-7 doses for small pigs and 10-15 for large pigs.
In the later stage, when there is feed intake, mix medicine into the feed: florfenicol + Jingfang Baidu San + tiamulin
In the early stage, adding medicine to water mainly works well: doxycycline + Shuanghuanglian + electrolytic multivitamins + glucose
Sometimes when others have examined the pig without good results and ask me to go do a necropsy and diagnosis, I generally directly use swine fever vaccine, because too much time has passed and the swine fever vaccine no longer has a therapeutic effect at all. The earlier, the better.
This injection regimen can treat 1 swine fever, 2 pseudorabies, 3 blue ear disease, 4 circovirus, 5 influenza, 6 Haemophilus parasuis, 7 Streptococcus, 8 Mycoplasma, 9 infectious pleuropneumonia, as well as mixed infections. The cost for one 100-jin pig is about 50-100 yuan in medicine fees.
It should be explained that, except for a very few pigs whose constitution is too poor to last, large doses of swine fever vaccine have no surface side effects in most pigs. It induces the production of interferon in the body. My understanding is using poison to fight poison. There are reports saying that in outbreaks during lactation, immunizing piglets with about 5 doses of swine fever vaccine within 24 hours is effective against many viral diseases. There will certainly also be mortality. I mean in situations where mortality is very high without injecting the vaccine. If there is no mortality, it is not recommended.
Of course, some nonsense should be said: the above works well for me. The treatment rate, at worst, because the pigs are small, have severe mixed infections, and greater stress, is only 40%; the others are about 70-80%. At the same time, strengthen environmental hygiene, disinfection, warmth, ventilation, feed nutrition, etc. Even the most formidable experts cannot exceed 80% of the above formula. Of course, if you use Qingkailing, astragalus polysaccharide, and ceftiofur ear therapy and cure it, that is also possible. The possibility is very small.
Also, to add a point, I do not much like using interferon. Interferon costs 30-35 yuan for 5 ml, and the dosage is 1 ml per 80 jin of body weight. Use for 3 consecutive days. It is very expensive for large pigs. Moreover, exogenous interferon has a short-lasting effect. If it will not die for a while, just use the vaccine directly.
Below are the formulas of several commonly used large manufacturers:
Shandong Xinde:Comprehensive treatment:Xinbituo + Lanhuan ShuangboOr Zhukang + Lanhuan Shuangbo, or Xinbituo (interferon) + Zhukang (transfer factor);
Astragalus polysaccharide (Antiviral No. 1), cefuroxime sodium (Fulaixin)The treatment effect is also very good;
At the same time supplement multivitamins, mineral additives, electrolytes -- Nawei, etc.
Guangdong Tengjun
Five suggestions for controlling porcine high-fever disease in epidemic areas
Affected pigs are generally difficult to treat, especially when there is mixed swine fever infection, where treatment of sick pigs is almost futile. When a pig farm breaks out with "porcine high-fever disease," the focus is on controlling bacterial diseases and diseases such as toxoplasmosis, reducing various stressors, and lowering morbidity and mortality as much as possible.
2.1 Add effective drugs to both feed and drinking water
2.1.1 Sick pigs and pigs in the incubation period have no appetite or reduced appetite and cannot take in enough therapeutic doses of drugs, so "Antai," a Chinese and Western medicine compound preparation jointly developed by Guangdong Tengjun Pharmaceutical and pharmacology experts from Illinois State University in the United States, can be used in drinking water for control; for the first five days, the therapeutic dose should be increased: per ton of water use 2000 g of "Antai" + 500 g of multivitamins + 3000 g of glucose + 3000 g of high-quality milk powder + 50 g of aspirin; after five days, appropriately reduce the therapeutic dose: per ton of water use 1500 g of Antai + 500 g of multivitamins + 3000 g of glucose + 3000 g of high-quality milk powder. At the same time, add 600 g of "Jiakang" + 800 g of "Junan" per ton to the whole herd's feed (calculated as pure product) + 500 g of "Junweian" (multivitamins), for 2 consecutive weeks. The clinical application effect is good.
2.1.2 For affected pigs, Jiakang injection (30% florfenicol + traditional Chinese medicine extract) can be tried, injected intramuscularly at 0.1 ml per kg of body weight, 2-3 times per day, for 5 consecutive days. Pig farms suspected of having toxoplasmosis can also use long-acting sulfonamides and other drugs, while adding "Antai" and "Junweian" to drinking water to reduce stress and support treatment.
2.2 Emergency vaccination
The pig farm should, based on the diagnosis, urgently vaccinate the healthy pig herds that have not yet been infected with the disease. Because there may be new viruses or mutated strains of existing viruses, consideration can be given to rapidly collecting diseased material on the first day of onset and sending it to a professional institution to make autogenous tissue vaccine for preventive inoculation. Blue ear disease attenuated vaccine can also be tried for emergency vaccination, and type A and B Pasteurella vaccines, swine fever and other vaccines can also be administered. The interval between each vaccine inoculation should be 3-5 days. During vaccination, strictly change one needle for every pig injected.
2.3 Disinfection
Use "Weipai compound aldehyde" diluted at 1:250 concentration for strict disinfection of the external environment in and near the epidemic area, 4-6 times per day. After 10 days, it can be diluted at 1:500 for disinfection. This can have a relatively good effect on controlling the spread of the disease.
2.4 If sick pigs are co-infected with undiagnosed viruses, swine fever, and other viral diseases, the treatment effect is poor. Consider using serum from recovered or surviving pigs, or anti-swine fever virus serum for control.
2.5 In herds with "porcine high-fever disease," the younger the age, the higher the mortality rate. If the nursery barn has severe outbreaks, when barn turnover allows and temperatures are relatively high, the production process can be temporarily changed by moving unaffected pigs in the nursery barn earlier into growing barns, which can effectively reduce morbidity.
Dabeinong
Hunuofen injection 30% florfenicol + Delixian 10% oxytetracycline, once every 2 days, for 2-3 consecutive times
Inject Dabeinong Zhuwenkang 3-4 doses
Add Subukang + Lubaokang to water
Add Hunuofen premix 2% florfenicol + Miaodifen premix + Ruiteqi to feed Attachment: You need to log in to download or view attachments. No account? Register

Moderator! Hello! Is injecting florfenicol + doxycycline once every 2 days? Thank you!
--------------------------------------
Thanks for sharing, OP
--------------------------------------
Swine fever vaccine is also divided into cell vaccine and spleen and lymph vaccine. If using spleen and lymph vaccine, the dosage is not that large, right?
--------------------------------------
Pfizer's Flufenkang, brother, Fubenkang is Novartis's
--------------------------------------
Nonsense
--------------------------------------
That is a bit too exaggerated. Our cost is already frighteningly high at 20, and still 50-100! Unacceptable!
--------------------------------------
That many doses?
--------------------------------------
Using antibiotics to treat viral epidemic diseases is also useful? Using 50 doses of swine fever vaccine is too much!
--------------------------------------
The amount of swine fever vaccine is no problem. I use it often and the effect is very good.
But if you vaccinate first, you will not need so much medicine. Just a few simple ones will do
In that case the cost is too high. And absurdly high
--------------------------------------
I said it differs according to vaccine quality and injection dose. Most are government spleen and lymph vaccines, which can be used as cell vaccine, at least 7-20 doses. Some people say China does not yet have spleen and lymph vaccine. I believe it is absolutely impossible to make spleen and lymph vaccine for less than 1 yuan per dose. I previously used cell vaccine and tissue vaccine at doses of about 10-50.
So to put it this way, if you do not want to spend money, I am not advertising, nor do I want to mislead everyone. During infectious diseases, you can emergency vaccinate. It works against no matter what virus. That is what I do, but textbooks, books, and experts will not say it. Because first, it does not make money, and second, they are afraid of side effects. Do it if you want. Just treat a dead horse as a living horse to doctor
