I am preparing to contract about 2000 mu of reservoir in the Anhui area to farm silver carp and bighead carp. To maintain fish quality, I will not feed or fertilize in the main farming area. The reservoir water quality is very good, and the water body is fertile. I plan to stock 100 silver carp and bighead carp of about half a jin each per mu, together with about 30 other fish. Can they reach 4-5 jin after 3 years? Is the stocking density suitable?
