It looks a bit like an earthworm but it's really terrifying. Can any expert tell me what this is? Is it harmful to the fish? How do I prevent them?

A few of them are no problem, the fish can eat them

I don't recognize it, I can't figure it out

Making a fuss over nothing, it's fine even if you eat it together with the worm
