Trace elements in freshwater fish: addition levels and roles
What are the appropriate addition levels of different trace elements (copper, iron, zinc, manganese, magnesium) for common freshwater fish? What roles do they all play? Everyone, share your insights!
--------------------------------------
Copper 5.5mg/kg, iron 110mg/kg, zinc 25mg/kg, manganese 16mg/kg, magnesium 65mg/kg
--------------------------------------
Bones, immunity, growth.
--------------------------------------
The zinc addition level is too low; it can be increased.
--------------------------------------
Isn't the copper low too? And what about magnesium?
--------------------------------------
I'm a layperson. May I ask, is magnesium considered for addition to fish feed because its requirement is large, or because its content in the feed is low?

Personally, I think iron, zinc, and magnesium are all a bit low, and copper can be slightly reduced!
Just my humble opinion! Please, experts, give guidance
