Yellow catfish body color change issue
Yellow catfish body color change issue
Do you need to add pigments to yellow catfish feed? Why do some feeds cause fading after being fed for a period, while others never cause fading no matter how you feed them?

The main functions of EM microbial probiotics in aquaculture are:
1. Reduce pathogenic microorganisms and harmful algae; significantly enhance the immunity and disease resistance of cultured organisms, and increase the survival rate.
2. Increase zooplankton and beneficial algae, especially a marked increase in bloodworms.
3. Stabilize and improve water quality; the water body is clear, not smelly or rotten, with no odors such as hydrogen sulfide or ammonia, and visibility remains at 25-50 cm for a long and stable time, extending the water change interval by 2 times.
4. Fish and shrimp feces, scraps and other waste will not turn into silt but remain in a scattered sand-like form.
5. Promote growth, with a significant increase in weight gain rate.
Henan Shenzhong Company produces specialized aquatic bacteria strains - EM probiotics, with free technical support.
Suitable for all aquaculture species, such as fish, eels, soft-shelled turtles, crabs, frogs, shrimp, rice field eels, snails, mussels, loaches, etc.
The microorganisms contained include: Bifidobacterium, Bacillus, photosynthetic bacteria, lactic acid bacteria, actinomycetes, acetic acid bacteria and other beneficial bacteria.

Hehe. Everyone writes it this way. What a pity! Haven't your experts told you that some of these bacteria you mentioned cannot grow simultaneously under the same conditions? Sigh! I wonder if you can make my pond like a vegetable market, with every kind of vegetable available. And very regularly categorized, haha!!

Brother, the issue you mentioned has been studied quite a lot now. The fading problem can basically recover within half a month to a month.

Does the person above have any material on this? Throw a few my way for me to look at. Thanks

For artificially cultured ones, just use yellowing feed: two options 1. Add 6-8 kg of yellowing pigment to 1 ton of powder feed. 2. Directly use extruded pellet yellowing feed

What do you all use for yellowing? I think the yellowing agent we use, at a few kilograms per ton, would probably bankrupt us before the fish are even raised ha. Too expensive ha. Please enlighten me, what do you all use for yellowing?
