I am a recent undergraduate graduate, majoring in animal medicine, and I chose to work in the laboratory field. A fairly large-scale animal husbandry group company (feed, farming, food processing, etc.) hired me, and the company's development is considered fairly fast.
I'd like to ask all you veterans a question: how should I improve myself at work? For personal development, which direction should I head in? If I want to do well in management positions such as quality supervision and director, what conditions are needed?
