The company has recently been promoting 7S. Let's talk about it and share our experience

If you can do 5S well, you have basically met the requirements. To sustain it well, you need to ensure 6S. I do not understand 7S. If management blindly pursues innovation before reaching a certain level, it will lead to "exhausted people and tired horses"

5S refers to the five Japanese words SEIRI (sorting), SEITON (setting in order), SEISO (shining), SEIKETSU (standardizing), and SHITSUKE (sustaining discipline). Because all five words begin with the sound "S", they are collectively called "5S". According to the needs of further enterprise development, some companies have added the two elements Save and Safety to the original 5S, forming "7S"; some enterprises have also added Shiukanka (habit formation), Service, and Shikoku (persistence), forming "10S".

Our current level has only reached the first three S's, and it feels like the later ones cannot be pushed forward.
