How can a feed quality control job have a promising future?

How can someone doing feed quality control work have a promising future?
Nowadays everyone generally accepts the saying "quality is the life of an enterprise." In the feed industry, "quality" is placed more on formula technology, because the work of the formulator is basically directly related to the company's profits (aside from procurement); those doing quality control are not often taken seriously. How can we have a promising future? Everyone, please share your opinions and point the way!

Only if you set your direction firmly and do it seriously will you have a promising future. May I ask where the road lies? The road is beneath your feet.

Your post is self-contradictory. If the enterprise really accepted that "quality is the life of an enterprise," quality control would not be neglected.
The future of quality control, within an enterprise, depends on the boss's understanding of quality. But fundamentally it depends on yourself. There are many people in the industry who started out in quality control and achieved great things.

At the most basic level, if your personal quality control ability could rank in the top 10 nationwide, would you still need to worry about having no future?

The road is beneath your feet. Practice your inner skills diligently and improve your own abilities. Good wine needs no bush.

I think one should develop toward the technical side. That is what I am doing now. But I am quietly honing my own talents.

The "future" the original poster speaks of is already tied to money. For ordinary quality control staff, the pay is indeed average, but when you are very experienced, the pay rises. It is just a matter of time. If you can become a quality control manager or quality control director, the future becomes bright. At that stage you also have some foundation in formulas, and switching to technical work is very easy.

Thanks to everyone for the guidance! Special thanks to Editor Hu!
Editor Hu said my post was self-contradictory. Actually, what I expressed was also a real situation in the industry: quality control staff get average pay, and their work does not receive enough attention and emphasis from company leaders!

Do not forget to keep learning. With knowledge and technology, you can change careers or switch positions.

Only by continuous learning can you leave the grassroots level of quality control and raise your pay; or become a compound talent, and only then can your value be demonstrated!!

Hello, master! How come you have so many forum coins?
--------------------------------------
Quality control is a department whose functions are split off from production and raw material warehouse management. That is, the refinement of work processes and the perfection of the supervision mechanism. But in many companies it has little power, mainly because rights and responsibilities are unclear and tasks are not clearly defined. In today's society, harmony is the theme. So quality control should assist production and warehouse management, monitor key links, and prevent the same accidents from happening repeatedly, that is, find the true cause of accidents. At the latest, problems must be found before products leave the factory!!!
