An introduction to the relevant knowledge about coenurosis in goats

About Coenurus cerebralis in goats
I recently saw a Boer stud ram. Its body condition is good, but when it walks its hind legs twist. There is another one that often falls down when the disease flares up, with the hind legs appearing paralyzed. Both sheep weigh around 120 jin. Personally, I think it is Coenurus cerebralis.
Could the experts here share their views? If it is Coenurus cerebralis, why is it only the stud rams that are affected? Is this disease highly contagious, and can it be cured completely?
