How should the premix batching sequence be arranged to be reasonable?

Thoughts on the premix batching sequence
This topic is a bit too broad.
We are a feed manufacturer, and the production of premix (the so-called micro-ingredients) has always been a quality hazard.

We currently weigh choline, salt, and acidifiers separately, without premixing them.
For the remaining amino acids, enzyme preparations, multivitamins, mineral supplements, medicinal feed additives, carriers, etc., how should this sequence be determined???

Our mixer is a 250 kg mixer.

PS I want to ask how much output do you have?

Monthly sales volume is around 12,000-15,000

Well then, that's awesome

Looking forward to guidance from experts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just follow light first then heavy, and more first then less, but try to add calcium hydrogen phosphate and limestone powder separately from the others

No matter how large a batch you mix, it is always 50% carrier first - medicinal additives - 50% carrier

Add directly into the mixer, more first then less is fine.

My current operating mode:

The formula is issued using a fixed mode (weighing in sequence from Category 1 to Category 4):
Category 1: salt, baking soda, etc.
Category 2: amino acids and premix agents
Category 3: mineral supplements and multivitamins
Category 4: additives (mainly referring to: medicinal feed additives, enzyme preparations, improvers, etc.)

Batching sequence:
First weigh 30% carrier - Category 1, 2, 3, 4 - 70% carrier
Ensure the mixer filling coefficient is 0.7, that is, 230-240 kg per batch.

Is this mainly appropriate??? I also ask experts to correct me!!!!

Add vitamins last, add antioxidants earlier
