Feed enterprises implementing ISO22000
Hello everyone, our company is currently implementing HACCP, and we have encountered many problems during the implementation process. I don't know whether your company has introduced HACCP, or how you operate it. Our instructor requires us to treat raw materials as a critical control point. Many suppliers are required to provide type inspection reports for raw materials. But many suppliers cannot provide them. I don't know how you handle this. Thank you!

Look at your HACCP manual, study the relevant indicators that require raw material control as specified in it, and then work out the measures.

Raw material suppliers need to provide test reports for raw materials (in many cases type inspection reports), or you can also send samples for testing at a national or group testing center on an irregular basis (generally two or three times a year).
Most of the additional testing indicators are hygiene indicators or safety indicators.
