How can laboratory analysts be trained to become more outstanding?
How can an outstanding laboratory analyst be trained?
How can an outstanding laboratory analyst be trained?
What are everyone's thoughts on this?
--------------------------------------
Someone teaches you, someone guides you, and helps you master raw materials and methods. You must understand raw materials; knowing only methods is not enough.
--------------------------------------
First of all, you need to understand the basic knowledge of "Analytical Chemistry" and "Compound Feed Science", and be able to apply it flexibly in practical operations!
--------------------------------------
Principles are very important. First figure out the principles, then study in greater depth.
--------------------------------------
In the feed industry, you mainly need to understand knowledge about raw material adulteration.
--------------------------------------
Solid theory + continuous practice
--------------------------------------
You need to understand raw materials, and also understand analysis, and be familiar with the production process.
--------------------------------------
The key lies in continuously learning on your own, ....................
--------------------------------------
Basic knowledge + practice + personal effort
--------------------------------------
I think a foundation is needed first, but the most important thing for a good laboratory analyst is personal character. As long as a person has good character, and has a foundation, they will do quite well.
--------------------------------------
You must master the principles well, have someone to guide you when problems arise, continuously learn about raw materials with someone explaining them, and know at least a little about the processing technology.
