How to solve the hardness problem of suckling pig feed?
Can a leavening agent be added?

How about adding corn and reducing the compression ratio?

Using Guangzhou Boshan Company's Fat Partner A and its supporting service can solve this problem.
Explanation of the principle: After oil and water are emulsified by Partner A, oil and water combine, the water amount increases, the pelleting moisture of the feed is raised, and the weight increases. The emulsifier has both hydrophilic and lipophilic polarity, bridges in the middle, and leaves part of the water.
Use of Partner A: 1) In the case of pelleting (dry season), 30kg oil, 1kg Partner, 7-8kg water can be used. After mixing, add it to the feed. 2) For oil spraying, Partner A can be added to the premix, and the conditioning time (understood as: stirring the raw materials in a hot steam environment before pelleting) should be appropriately extended. During conditioning, oil and water combine to achieve emulsification; 3) According to the latest research, in the case of mash feed, 30kg oil, 1kg Partner, 1.5kg water can achieve good emulsification and also prevent mold. If water is added directly, first, much of it will escape during drying, and what remains will also be free, making it very easy for mold to use.
After pelleting there is a drying process. Only bound water (including oil-emulsifier-water achieved through the emulsifier) can remain. As long as the conditioning time is sufficient, it will not become moldy. But mash feed requires special care. For the extract, do not add water; directly add the emulsifier to the water. As above, the water should not exceed 1.5kg at most. After adding Partner A, the added water will be fixed (oil-Partner A-water), so it can remain and can safely remain! The pellets become soft, and the animals like to eat them. This is the role of Partner A (saving cost or not increasing cost, enhancing product value).
Value of Partner A: Each ton adsorbs 5kg more water. If each ton of creep feed is bought for 6000, how much is that? How much does using Partner A cost?

Attached experimental test results:
Measurement results: (dried at 65 degrees for 24h)
1. Without Partner A moisture 4.16 (5.14)
2. With Partner A plus water moisture: 5.4 (5.85)
The above are the test results of the R&D department last week: see whether the adsorbed water increased after adding Partner A!
1. Without Partner A moisture 4.16 (5.14)
2. With Partner A plus water moisture: 5.4 (5.85)
3. With Partner A without water moisture: 4.81 (6.53)
The values in parentheses are repeated measurement results! Adding Partner A can increase moisture in all cases! This is the moisture remaining after 24h of drying!
