What is the correct order for using pesticides?
Order of medication use
When many drugs are used in combination, attention must be paid to the order of administration; it is absolutely not a matter of mixing them all together. This is called time-difference therapy: it is relatively obvious in E. coli. As explained last time:
(1) Mannose: anti-fibronectin adhesion agent
(2) Destroy the first layer of the cell membrane: fosfomycin calcium, polymyxin E
(3) Destroy the second layer of the cell membrane: penicillins, cephalosporins
(4) Destroy the third layer of the cell membrane: quinolones
I saw this information online, but I do not know whether it is correct. I would like to ask the seniors here: is this method correct? Is this how everyone uses it?
