Urgent Need for a 120 Emergency Center (How to Draft a Contract That Protects the Rights and Interests of Both the Manufacturer and the Distributor)

I want to find a medium-sized feed mill to act as its city-level agent, and I want to use a contract to bind the manufacturer so as to safeguard my lawful rights and interests. This is my first time starting a business. I have never signed any contract with a company, so I don't understand, and that's why I'm asking the masters here on the forum..... If anyone knows, please give this young brother some guidance, and I thank you in advance..
I have the following concerns but I don't know how to express them properly and reasonably. What other factors do I still need to add that I haven't considered comprehensively? Please help give me some guidance.
1. Make the manufacturer protect my designated (sales) territory.
2. On quality, they must not arbitrarily adjust the quality of my product.. (I don't know how to inspect feed samples. Is there an expert who can teach me how to inspect feed samples?)
How can you distinguish good feed from bad feed by appearance, or by tasting it..) What are the common points and similarities?
3. What other matters should I pay attention to, so that the manufacturer won't infringe on my lawful rights and interests?

I'm not a professional, so it's hard to give you advice

2. On quality, they must not arbitrarily adjust the quality of my product..~~~~~~Judging from past experience, the possibility is 0

There is no such possibility.
