How do you steam wowotou (steamed cornmeal buns)? Teacher Yang Haipeng teaches you
Learn to steam wowotou with Teacher Yang Haipeng
At yesterday's training session in Nanchang, Teacher Yang mentioned two points when assessing corn quality: first, when chewing corn you can use the back of your tongue to tell whether there is a bitter taste; and the other is to use the method of steaming wowotou to check the color, aroma and taste. To judge quality!

I've also attended Teacher Yang's class, this method is really good
--------------------------------------
I couldn't attend for some reason. If anyone has materials or courseware, please share!! Thanks QQ; 676386144

I didn't attend, please send the lecture notes to [email protected], thank you very much!
--------------------------------------
I'd like a copy too. Why don't you post it, OP, so everyone can learn from it and you can earn a little extra on the side.

Sorry, I don't have the complete courseware. However, everyone can pay attention to the new national corn standard; it's said to contain all of it!
--------------------------------------
I haven't seen the new national corn standard
--------------------------------------
Teacher Yang really has a knack for it. The method is simple and practical.
--------------------------------------
I'll have to try tasting corn with the back of my tongue in the future
--------------------------------------
Often grab a few corn kernels and chew them; bitter, sweet or fragrant is easy to tell apart~~
--------------------------------------
Pigs are pickier than humans when it comes to taste; they have 5500 taste buds. Cattle have 35000 taste buds, and antelopes have as many as 55000 taste buds. Therefore, you can understand that many animals have a keener sense of taste than humans (note: humans have 3000)
So when humans feel the palatability is poor, pigs and others will feel it is even worse
