Ran into problems with veterinary drug compatibility, asking everyone to help answer

There are many articles online about veterinary drug compatibility that discuss a whole lot of theory, but why is it all different in practice?
For example, quinolones cannot be compounded with macrolides, yet there is a veterinary drug labeled as pefloxacin mesylate plus tylosin? There are also these two formulas: (1) ceftriaxone/cefotaxime 10g 12h, roxithromycin/azithromycin 5-7g + ephedrine 2g
(2) ofloxacin 15g + roxithromycin/azithromycin 5-7g + ephedrine/ambroxol 2g
Cephalosporins/amoxicillin + macrolides?
Tianxiang's florfenicol injection also added 10% ceftiofur sodium?
Also, macrolides can be compounded with tetracyclines and chloramphenicols, so why can't erythromycin?
