What should I do if a cow gets sick? Seeking advice on treating cattle diseases

General News 0 views
Asking for advice on cattle diseases (not sure if this is allowed)
Our cattle farm recently received a batch of weaned Shandong Luxi yellow cattle. They used to be fed dry hay in Shandong, and also silage. After 11 hours of transport (with no feeding along the way) (with straw bedding), they arrived at the farm, were disinfected and placed in pens, and the first meal was milk replacer powder.
The problem is, they barely ate anything at the first meal. After the milk powder was poured out, silage was put in, along with dry hay, and some ate. The same at night. On the second day, several began vomiting and having diarrhea, one died after vomiting for a while, and several others were still vomiting; at night three more died.
The situation was the same, they all died from vomiting. I want to ask, is it vomiting caused by not adapting to the water and soil (vomiting nonstop), or is it poisoning? There is absolutely no problem with the silage, and no problem with the milk replacer powder either. The ambient temperature is slightly lower than in Shandong. After necropsy of the dead cattle, no abnormalities were found.
The question was not described in enough detail. We are at our wits' end now. I estimate that even a good veterinarian would have a headache for a long time. I hope someone among you friends can give some good advice, thank you!
