What moisture content is generally found in Northeast China corn dried in 2009? What was the moisture content of Northeast China dried corn in 2008? What were the test weights? Is anyone using it?

Just got back from a trip around Northeast China. Whatever moisture you want, they can dry it to that moisture. Generally 14-15%.

If it's all dried, and the price is about the same, this year's is probably a bit better. Last year's seems a bit old, but for low-grade feed, just choose the lower price.
Haven't done quality control for a long time, I've pretty much forgotten all the raw material specifications now......
