How should highly efficient, low-toxicity, targeted pesticides be selected for rice pest and disease control?

In pest and disease control, only by selecting targeted pesticides and using appropriate application methods can good control results be ensured. Below is a set of highly efficient, low-toxicity, targeted pesticides and their application methods for controlling major rice pests and diseases:
Control of the striped stem borer: use 75 ml of 40% Mingshijing (triazophos) emulsifiable concentrate per mu, or 100-150 ml of 20% Jieqianchou emulsifiable concentrate, or 30-40 ml of 5% fipronil suspension concentrate. For pollution-free rice, the following can also be used per mu: 200-300 g of 800IU/MGBT wettable powder, or 100-150 g of 27% saponin-nicotine wettable powder, or 50-80 ml of 0.36% matrine suspension concentrate.
Control of the yellow stem borer: use 100-150 ml of 20% Jieqianchou emulsifiable concentrate per mu, or 75 ml of 40% Mingshijing (triazophos) emulsifiable concentrate.
Control of rice planthoppers: use 15-20 g of 10% Yashijing wettable powder per mu, or 50 g of 20% Pushiiling wettable powder.
Control of the rice leaf roller (before the third instar): use 100-150 ml of 40% chlorpyrifos emulsifiable concentrate per mu, or 120 g of 35% Longdan wettable powder, or 100 g of 30% Jieying emulsifiable concentrate, or 200 ml of bisultap plus 100 ml of BT emulsifiable concentrate.
Control of panicle blast: use 30 g of 75% Wenshidun (tricyclazole) wettable powder per mu, or 100 ml of 40% Lejian No. 2 (isoprothiolane) emulsifiable concentrate. For pollution-free rice, the following can also be used per mu: 80-100 ml of 2% kasugamycin suspension concentrate, or 60-80 ml of 2% blasticidin S emulsifiable concentrate.
Control of sheath blight: use 50 g of 20% Wenkujing (validamycin) wettable powder per mu, or 30-60 g of 2% polyoxin wettable powder.
Control of rice false smut: use 60 g of 35% Daoquqing wettable powder per mu, or 75 g of 20% validamycin powder.
When using the above pesticides, dilute with 30-45 kg of water per mu and spray evenly. After application, the rice field should maintain a water depth of one cun for 5 days.
