I just looked and there is very little information in this area, and the technical threshold is high too. At present there is probably no truly qualified opening feed yet

Fish and shrimp opening feed is also called micro-particulate feed. It is processed according to the living
habits, physiological functions and nutritional requirements of the fry at different growth stages of the seedlings, and at the same
time it also needs to meet the requirements of micro-particulate feed such as strong suspension, high stability in water, low solubility,
easy digestion and absorption, and different particle sizes.
Commonly used micro-particulate feed abroad
processing technologies are as follows:
1. In the feed processing technique, a particle crusher is installed
that is, the large pellet feed extruded by the pelletizer is processed by a crusher, and then
passed through vibration screening of different mesh counts to obtain the required micro-particulate
feed of different specifications.
2. Micro-particle processing. The formula raw materials required by the fry are
fully mixed and a mixing agent is added, then processed with machinery such as an ultra-micro pulverizer
into micro-particles of different particle sizes, and through vibration screening, micro-particles of different mesh counts
are obtained.
3. Microcapsule processing technology. This technology is the most advanced in the UK.
After years of evolution, two methods have been formed: physical mechanical shaping and chemical coagulation shaping;
the former uses processes such as spray drying, and the latter uses methods such as simple coacervation
and complex coacervation. This technology has advantages such as simple shaping and low cost.

There are many professional opening feeds on the market, you can refer to them
