How are starch gelatinization, urea and crude fiber determined?

Hello everyone, who has done the determination of starch gelatinization, urea and crude fiber? Can you say what needs attention? I am doing it now and feel the measured value is too high. The composition is 50% bran meal and 50% urea, processed by extrusion. The crude fiber value I am measuring now is around 10%, which I think is impossible. Please advise, everyone. Is it true that the crude fiber of starch gelatinization urea measured by the current national standard method will be too high?
