This is a mixed oil that someone sent us as a sample, and the fatty acid data we tested. I am not very familiar with oils and fats, so please experts take a look, how is the quality of this mixed oil, and based on this test data, can we determine what oils and fats it is mainly composed of?
--------------------------------------
From the test results, there is more than 25% palm oil, the saturated fatty acid content is nearly 70%, and the content of functional fatty acids such as linoleic acid and linolenic acid is nearly 25%. Therefore, it is speculated that it is mainly made from palm oil, corn oil and a small amount of sunflower seed oil.
--------------------------------------
The mixed oil we use now is mainly composed of lard, chicken fat and beef tallow, the poultry metabolizable energy is about 8000 kcal, but there are also quite a lot of impurities, I wonder if the data is accurate?
