Summary and Analysis of Common Problems with Batching Scales
Batching Weighing Problems
Our company now calibrates the batching scale every two days, but each calibration has an error of more than 5KG. How can this be improved?
--------------------------------------
Did you calibrate it yourselves or did the technical department do it?
--------------------------------------
You can ask the equipment manufacturer to help you repair it.
--------------------------------------
Hehe,,, I don't know

Ask the equipment manufacturer to help you repair it
--------------------------------------
How big is the scale?
Frequent calibration also affects the scale
--------------------------------------
Where is your scale used? Electronic scale? Or a platform scale? The scale should be calibrated every day. For an electronic scale used for weighing small ingredients, an error of 0.1~~0.3KG can be ignored. If it is a finished-product scale, the error cannot exceed 0.1KG. For a platform scale, errors within 100KG cannot be seen, and errors above that of 0.5KG~~2KG are acceptable. The 5KG you mentioned is not acceptable. For an electronic scale, ask the manufacturer to adjust it; for a platform scale, just handle it yourselves!
--------------------------------------
The key to a scale lies in maintenance and correct use.

Ask the manufacturer to solve it
