How much truth is there left in the feed industry?
The feed industry, how much of it is real?
I was not originally a person of the feed industry, but I went astray and entered the feed industry. Seniors in the feed world, I am sorry, this may not sound pleasant, but this is indeed how I feel.
1 Academic fraud: how many articles on feed in China have data that has not been modified?
2 Formula fraud: how many manufacturers claim to use high-quality raw materials but actually use inferior ones? They may even use things that are not what they claim at all!
3 Falsely reporting feed results: how many people's feed has actually reached the feed conversion ratio advertised?
......
There are still many problems, it really makes one disheartened!
---------------------
It is not just the feed industry. Nowadays, if you want to find something real, you have to develop a pair of fiery eyes. Haha.
---------------------
If there were no genuine things and scientific formulas, could broiler feed reach today's 1.7:1? I firmly believe this industry will get better and better.
---------------------
If you look into it, the farming data will tell you that the feed industry is progressing, but every industry will have its bad aspects. Feed is a means of production, and its effects are verified very quickly, so fraud still cannot survive.
---------------------
The original poster may really have "gone astray." The real feed industry is not what you see, perhaps.
---------------------
I remember when I was about to finish my graduation thesis, a classmate who had graduated as a graduate student in feed science asked me: "How much did you change your data?" I was stunned. When doing research, my supervisor always stressed that we could not change any data, even if the results were very bad; perhaps bad results could also be a good discovery. I asked my classmate back: "Was your data modified?" He answered: "In feed science, whose data is not changed? If you do not change it, you cannot graduate!"
---------------------
The problem is a common one, not unique to the industry. The problem exists, but it is not as big as you imagine.
---------------------
Look more on the bright side. If the sky were always blue, it would not be life!
---------------------
I heard that a certain relatively large company's high-protein product was made by adding peptone to a low-protein product to fake it, and at the very least the quality is much worse. The person who provided the information is an employee who resigned from this company, because he said he himself was a participant in the fraud!
---------------------
What you say makes some sense, but if you cannot see the bad side, there will be no progress! 8# Fat Pig Pig
---------------------
The negative costs paid by Chinese society during its development: the feed industry is not a pure land, so of course it will have this or that problem. Fortunately, society's awareness of food safety, health, and citizenship is awakening, and this will bring an opportunity to solve the problems earlier.

Your viewpoint makes sense.
But China's ability to fake things is first-rate in the world. Chinese people can always come up with some countermeasures for faking!
