A bloody lesson, whatever you do, don't go to Suqian, Jiangsu to buy pigs, they're all scammers

A bloody lesson, whatever you do, don't go to Suqian, Jiangsu to buy pigs. Last year I went to Suqian, Jiangsu to buy piglets. Before going, I looked up information on several companies online. When I arrived in Suqian, the first place I went was a company called Chen's Animal Husbandry. Their scamming techniques were truly masterful. They swore up and down that I could pay after the pigs arrived home. Two people from this company came in two cars to pick us up. We said we wanted to go to the pig farm to see the pigs first, but they kept delaying left and right, saying don't worry, let's go to the hotel to eat first, saying we're friends now and other polite things. After eating, we thought we should finally go see the pigs, right? They used all kinds of excuses to refuse to let us visit the pig farm. In reality, they didn't have any pigs at all - they were just trash who made a living off extortion. Finally, they took us to a pig market in a small town to look around, saying how about these pigs. There weren't many pigs, and before we could even finish looking, they dragged us away. Next came the discussion about buying pigs. They said it was impossible to deliver to us. You need to pay a deposit. We hadn't even seen the pig farm, and they wanted us to pay a deposit. Of course, the deal couldn't be made. Seeing that we kept hesitating, they took us to their car. A burly man got in the car and said we had no sincerity in coming to buy pigs, and demanded 1,000 yuan for gas money, toll fees, and meal expenses, then told us to leave. This was our first encounter in Jiangsu. We were extorted out of 1,000 yuan just like that. We took a car back to Suqian, feeling unwilling in our hearts, so we went to report it to the police. We filed a case at the police station. The police officers told us to go to a legitimate pig farm to buy pigs. Coincidentally, there was an advertisement outside for selling piglets. The police officer helped us dial the boss's phone number. We thought, with a police introduction, they surely wouldn't scam us again, right? So we agreed to go take a look. What we visited wasn't a pig farm either, but another small market. Because the police officer had told this boss that we had been scammed once and asked him not to pull any tricks, we felt a bit more at ease. So the next morning, we were at Longmiao Street in Longmiao Town selecting pigs. We first picked out 10-some pigs at a price we were satisfied with. But the more we picked, the more expensive they got - even more expensive than back home. A lot of people came and rushed us to pick faster. We really didn't want to buy anymore. When we calculated the shipping cost plus the pig prices, there was no difference from our local prices. They didn't load the pigs for us until evening. By the time this batch of pigs was on the road, 6 had already died. They had agreed that deaths and injuries during transport would be their responsibility, but they wouldn't even answer your calls. When the pigs arrived back home, we discovered many had been swapped - big pigs swapped for small pigs, and they even swapped in some native pigs. They did the swapping while we were eating. It's truly damnable and outrageous. During the raising process, 10 pigs died in the first week. Later, we hired a veterinarian to diagnose and treat them, but the disease still couldn't be controlled. After 15 days, more than 8 pigs died every day. When the city agriculture bureau came to do a necropsy, they found the pigs had severe acute high fever, and before death their ears were all blue. At around 20-some days, the government culled them all, dug a big pit, and buried them all. We received compensation at 208 per pig, totaling more than 20,000 yuan. We lost more than 60,000 yuan ourselves. They sold us diseased pigs. They will get their retribution. Doing business like this simply brings shame to all Jiangsu people. Everyone, search online and you'll find many problems with pigs sold from Suqian, Jiangsu. http://www.21food.cn/html/news/35/265129.htm This one was also scammed. Let me expose the scammer's website and phone number: Yin Genping [fake name], real name is Yin**, scammer's website is http://www.******.com/ phone 13809****** 0527-84**** 0517-66***** The company that extorted 1,000 yuan from me is Jiangsu Chen's Animal Husbandry http://www.*****/agency/web/style1/index.asp?id=10853 Chen Fengjun 0527-886**** 1385********* Actually, these people don't have any pig farm at all. They're just black-market middlemen taking kickbacks. Everyone must be extremely careful not to fall for it again. The money for raising pigs was all borrowed from relatives and friends, and it's all lost. The above situation is entirely true. I've already reported it to the police, and the agriculture bureau also has records. As long as it's Suqian, Jiangsu, with area code 0527, advertising pig sales online, they're all scammers. Be careful. There's no such thing as pigs that cheap. Raising pigs was never easy to begin with. I hope kind-hearted people will forward this post to various websites so more pig-raising friends can see it and stop giving money to scammers. Thank you everyone. Those who forward this post 6 times will be happy for a lifetime... Sorry brother for modifying your post! Please don't publish some aggressive substantive information! It's fine to let everyone learn from it, don't you think?[ This post was last edited by yuren6622 on 2008-1-26 20:13]

You didn't even ask around. Suqian scammers have a history, especially those from Shuyang. For breeding, it's best to follow the self-breeding and self-raising model. Restocking from outside is high-risk, including getting scammed. Remember, there was a large investment fair that put up a banner: People from Shuyang, Suqian are forbidden to enter! From now on, when buying pigs, contact feed manufacturers and seek help.

Yeah! Someone from our area got scammed too!

I strongly urge our government to stand up for the people and resolutely crack down on this kind of fraud and deception

Scammers have a tradition of clustering together and mentoring each other

In today's society there are still scammers like this. It's truly hard to understand.

In the future, when buying pigs, can't you just contact the local animal husbandry department?
