Questions from rabbit-raising novices
1. How much green fodder and how much feed should a rabbit eat per day to be most reasonable?
2. If rabbits listen to music, what type of music should they listen to?
3. What temperature and humidity inside the rabbit hutch are most favorable for rabbit growth and disease prevention?
4. At what age are female rabbits generally suitable for mating?
5. Do male rabbits have to be castrated? What are the advantages and disadvantages of castrating versus not castrating?
6. Also, I can't buy rabbit premix where I am. Can I currently use Beidannong's piglet premix?

For normal farming, rabbits now use complete feed, and green fodder is only fed as a supplement. Play some soothing music for the rabbits. A temperature between 20-30°C is best. Female rabbits generally start mating at 6 months of age. Castrating male rabbits is to prevent fighting, so they can be raised in groups. Now most are raised in individual cages, so it's unnecessary

2. Regarding the effect of music on rabbits, there is currently no reliable data.
3. Rabbits fear dampness and high temperatures. The ideal humidity is 60%, and the suitable temperature is 15-25°C;
4. For a female rabbit's first mating, body weight is generally the standard, reaching 70% of adult body weight.
5. For meat rabbits, male rabbits do not need castration; for commercial rex rabbits, under group housing conditions it is best to castrate. However, if raised in individual cages, castration is not necessary.
