What moisture level do you all control when making pelleted feed? Our company controls moisture within 12% and it still molds very quickly (around 50 days). Could it be caused by uneven moisture?

For pig feed, I think it will not mold if the moisture does not exceed 13%. Mold may be caused by insufficient cooling. The samples taken were not representative. So even though your test shows within 12%, it still molds. There are many reasons.
