Can oil iodine value testing determine adulteration?

Can measuring the iodine value of oils determine adulteration?
Each oil has a certain range of iodine value, such as soybean oil 124--139, palm oil 50--55, so measuring the iodine value can determine whether oil is adulterated.
Question: If 10% palm oil is adulterated into soybean oil, can adulteration of the soybean oil be determined from measuring the iodine value? According to theoretical calculation, assuming the iodine value of soybean oil is 135 and that of palm oil is 50, then 135*90%+50*10%=126.5, which still falls within the iodine value range of soybean oil, that is, it cannot be detected. I wonder whether this calculation is correct?
