Asparagus fern and pothos: give them this once a month, and the leaves turn glossy green and grow like crazy, climbing all over the wall

These days more and more people are growing potted flowers and plants. Whether on the balcony or in the living room, keeping a few green plants and flowers always brings plenty of life and color, and lifts your mood even more. Although there are a huge variety of flowers and plants, what most plant lovers actually grow comes down to just those few common potted plants. For example, asparagus fern, pothos, spider plant, clivia, camellia, Chinese rose, and so on.
Sometimes, the easier a potted plant is to grow, the more prone it is to small problems. Take pothos and asparagus fern, for instance: yellowing and drying leaves are common. Actually, keeping them evergreen all year round is not hard, as long as you master a few small tricks. Next, I will share some tips for growing asparagus fern and pothos, hoping to help fellow plant lovers.
Take a look at the asparagus fern and pothos below, growing like crazy:
Look at the asparagus fern and pothos other people grow, growing so wildly they climb the wall. You have to say these really are expert growers. The asparagus fern in the picture above has been grown for several years, and it comes from the plant lover "Qingfeng Zhuying" in the Asparagus Fern forum. The pothos covering the whole TV wall was grown by "Anastasia Yueyue", a plant lover in the Pothos forum. It is also the result of years of care. By contrast, some plant lovers, whether growing pothos or asparagus fern, never manage to get them big, let alone climbing the wall.

If you want asparagus fern and pothos to grow like crazy, just add "it" to the flower pot once a month, and you will not need to fertilize for half a year, and they will grow more and more vigorously. This thing is "fermented soybeans".
I believe many plant lovers have already seen my earlier sharing, saying that fermented soybeans are rich in amino acids and nitrogen, which help plant leaves stay green and help roots and stems grow. They can be used to care for plants such as clivia and spider plant. In fact, fermented soybeans have long been used for growing plants by expert growers, and it can be called a universal fertilizer for plants. Basically most flowers and plants can be fertilized with it.
Using fermented soybeans to grow asparagus fern and pothos also has its rules.
If the soybeans have not been fermented and are buried directly in the flower pot, then while decomposing they will release a large amount of heat, directly raising the soil temperature and indirectly burning the potted plant's roots. When growing plants, first grow the roots. If the roots rot, nutrients cannot be absorbed, and all that awaits you is yellow leaves and no flowers. Making soybeans ferment is actually very simple: soak the soybeans, cook them, put them in a bottle, fill it with water, leave it in a cool place for one month, and then take it out to use. When using it, follow the picture as shown:
In the flower pots of the asparagus fern and pothos, dig a small hole every four or five centimeters, then fill in 3-5 fermented soybeans. Note that you should remember to stop watering two days before fertilizing the plants. After applying the soybeans, do not water immediately. It is recommended to wait until the next day to water.
This fertilizer is easy to source, every household has the ingredients, and you can make it by casually finding a mineral water bottle. Caring for asparagus fern, pothos, spider plant, clivia and other plants this way, generally using it once a month, within three months you will find the plant leaves become even more glossy green.
Now admire someone else's asparagus fern. The asparagus fern in the picture above comes from the plant lover "Renren Fa Jiu Jiu" in the Asparagus Fern forum, and it has also been grown for many years. If you can operate and care for them according to the method I described, they can all be grown like this, growing wildly up to the ceiling. As I just said, fermented soybeans are suitable for most potted flowers and plants; whether flowering plants, foliage plants or succulents, they can all be used. That is all for this plant-growing knowledge, thank you for reading!
