Today I got the DNA test report. This is already the third test this year. My hepatitis B is truly cured. Beyond my joy, I want to share my experience with everyone, as a reference for fellow hepatitis B patients who are suffering.

I am 40 years old this year. Twenty years ago, in 1998, I was diagnosed with the unlucky hepatitis B, and immediately underwent more than 20 days of hospital treatment. When I was discharged, I had gone from "big three positive" to "small three positive." After that, I never received treatment for it again, never took any hepatitis B medication, and never went back to the hospital for treatment. Seeing how thoroughly my hepatitis B has cleared today, I think it may be related to the following factors:

1. I was once a soldier, and for twenty years my life has been very regular. I ate and slept at set times every day, and exercised at set times every day.

2. Since becoming ill, I have rarely drunk alcohol and do not smoke. I have no bad habits.

3. My mindset is relatively good. I have never felt like a hepatitis B patient. Every physical exam showed normal liver function and a positive surface antigen.Maintain a good mindset. Do not take "big three positive" and "small three positive" too much to heart. If you think about it all day long, the more you think, the gloomier you feel, and that is not good for recovery.

4. I have blood type AB. I once read some material saying that people with blood type AB are less likely to get hepatitis B, and if they do get hepatitis B, the probability of clearing it is also somewhat higher. (Is that really related? I do not know either. Thank you, Mom, for giving me blood type AB.)

5. I am already 40 years old. The material also said that after age 40, indeed many people will clear it naturally. For this reason, I suggest to fellow hepatitis B patients, if your liver function is normal, please be cautious about taking medication, take less medication, or simply do as I did and not take medication at all. Also, live a regular life, quit smoking and alcohol, and maintain a good mindset. I believe that you, in your suffering, will be like me by the time you are 40.
