How to raise scorpions: tackling the three major challenges of temperature, humidity and feed
Scorpions are poikilothermic animals, changing with the climate. So to raise scorpions well, you must control temperature and humidity properly, and in addition make a reasonable nutritional mix when feeding them; only then will the scorpions grow fast and have a high reproduction rate, and only then will you achieve good economic returns. Through more than ten years of practical exploration and research, our company has, based on the scorpion's living habits, summed up a natural ecological breeding method.
Build nests with soil. Scorpions like to live in groups and cannot do without soil. This matches the scorpion's natural growing environment; scorpions like dark, damp surroundings.
Green plants (flowers, grasses, etc.) are the best activity places for scorpions.
1. Scorpions crawl back and forth on the plants, frolicking and tussling, which strengthens their movement and is good for their growth.
2. Plants contain abundant moisture, making it convenient for scorpions to drink. Scorpions cannot grow without water, but too much water is also bad for their growth.
3. Plants can carry out photosynthesis, producing beneficial ecological elements that are very good for scorpions.
Keep some birds beside the scorpion pit (playing music at set times also works). Hearing natural birdsong every day, the scorpions feel as if they are growing up in nature, free of worries, which greatly increases their appetite; eating more, they naturally grow faster.
⟧ At night, install some colored lights beside the scorpion pit to lure insects over as a treat for the scorpions, changing their nutrition and strengthening their constitution, so naturally they get sick less.
Unique feed formula: according to the scorpion's different growth stages, the feed mix is different. The main feeds are: sterile flies, ground beetles (Eupolyphaga), yellow mealworms, meat powder, biscuit crumbs, milk, egg yolk powder, animal fat, etc.
