Rosa roxburghii Infused in Water
[Ingredients] Dried Rosa roxburghii, water.
[Method] ① The most suitable water temperature for soaking dried Rosa roxburghii is 70°C, because dried Rosa roxburghii is rich in vitamin C, and soaking it in boiling water will destroy the vitamin C, so it will not achieve the health benefits we want. ② Fill the cup to 1/3 with water for the first infusion, shake it a few times, and then pour the water out. ③ Then fill it to 80% full with hot water, cover the cup and let it steep for 10 minutes. This is because the dried Rosa roxburghii fruit is rather hard, and the water needs to soak it fully to release the nutrients from the Rosa roxburghii. ④ Then remove the lid and it is ready to drink. After that, simply add more water, and there is no need to deliberately cover it again, until the Rosa roxburghii no longer releases nutrients.
