The "beautiful garden" on the 45 sq m terrace: when I was renovating the terrace, many neighbors came over to look. Comrades, don't forget that the original poster's home is on the top floor, and there is no elevator. My husband happened to fall and hurt himself right around that time, with a herniated lumbar disc, so he couldn't use much strength. Poor little me, I put the soil I carried back in the garage downstairs, and then, like the Foolish Old Man who moved the mountains, I used a tiny paint bucket and ran up and down the stairs again and again.

The terrace is truly enchanting. With a home like this, I ask for nothing more.

My stamina is limited, so after meals I made three round trips, just treating it as exercise. When the soil in the sack was all gone, I urged my husband to go dig another sack, and then it was another case of the Foolish Old Man moving the mountain (though this mountain was really small; two shovelfuls from the Foolish Old Man and it was gone, haha).

I only dug about four times. Actually, each sack was not full, only a little more than half, because if it was full I couldn't move it, it was too heavy!

Does it really have to be this beautiful? This is insane..

One weekend, while I was busy on the top floor, my eyes suddenly landed on an old discarded flower pot in the corner next door. Its style was old-fashioned and its color antiquated, but in my eyes it had a certain charm. Then I shouted downstairs: "Hubby!"

He answered with a yes and came trotting up, asking what was the matter. With overwhelming bossiness, I pointed at the flower pot beyond the trellis and said, "It's mine now!" "What do you mean it's yours? How can you be like this? Yours, yours, you just point and it's yours!" He muttered under his breath, but his body was very honest. This fellow had already strode over with his long legs..... Tsk, mine is mine, what I take a fancy to is mine, I picked it up! I picked up a unwanted flower pot on an uninhabited terrace, who's not convinced?

Drinking tea in an environment like this, I am happy every day!
