How to install sow gestation stalls? Detailed steps and methods

During the process of raising sows, sows may run around or for other reasons may miscarry or cause other problems. Pig farmers worry about this happening at all times, so sow gestation stalls were developed, which can not only effectively protect pregnant sows, but also make it easier for farmers to raise and manage them.
Installation method of sow gestation stalls
① Set the aisle distance well, place the side feet at both ends of the unit, and after pulling the positioning line, observe whether the distance between the feet on both sides is equal; it must be straight and must not have a slant.
② Place the other side feet in sequence. The distance for placing horizontal side feet is the width of the floor, and the distance between the side feet and the middle feet is the length of the floor.
③ Install the floor between the side feet and the middle feet, and do not forget to tighten the screws.
④ At this point, observe whether the left and right rails are installed backwards and whether the installation is horizontal and vertical.
⑤ Install the front door and back door of the gestation stall.
Daily maintenance of sow gestation stalls
① Regularly check whether the gestation stalls have rust; if so, deal with it promptly.
② Regularly check whether parts such as screws are loose; if loose, reinforce them promptly.
③ Regularly paint and maintain the welded joints.
④ After the pigs are sent to market, the gestation stalls must be disinfected as a whole before the next batch of pigs is allowed to enter.
⑤ After each batch of pigs is sent to market, clean and disinfect the entire set of equipment.
