Kinmen Kaoliang Spring Festival allocation purchase to launch at year-end

The 103rd year (2024) Spring Festival household liquor purchase program in Kinmen County will officially launch on 12/31 and continue until 1/5 of next year, rolling out successively across each township and town. Those who qualify may apply to purchase 1 dozen, 12 bottles of 1L 53-degree specially selected Kinmen Kaoliang liquor (NT$4,800).
County Government Secretary-General Lu Chih-hui at the meeting first presented the 102nd year (2013) household liquor purchase "liquor pickup voucher" awards. In the 102nd year (2013), the average usage rate of liquor pickup vouchers across township and town offices and village and neighborhood offices reached 50%. Each was awarded 1 dozen 0.6L-58-degree White Golden Dragon Kinmen Kaoliang liquor. The recipients were Jincheng Township, Jinhu Township, Jinning Township and Lieyu Township, as well as 22 village and neighborhood offices across the townships and towns. Eligible purchasers for the 103rd year (2024) are county residents who turn 20 years old by 1/31 and have been registered as residents of this county for at least one year. Each person may purchase 1 dozen (2 cases) of 1L 53-degree specially selected Kinmen Kaoliang liquor, totaling 12 bottles, at NT$4,800 per set and NT$400 per bottle. Sales are by the full dozen only, not split.
The schedule for the Spring Festival household liquor purchase program has been set. Jincheng Township: 12/30 and 12/31 of this year and 1/1 of next year; Jinhu Township: 12/31 and 1/1 and 1/2 of next year; Jinsha Township: 1/1 to 1/3; Lieyu Township: 1/2 to 1/4; Jinning Township: 1/3 to 1/5. Each village and neighborhood may extend the allocation sale by 1 to 4 days depending on actual allocation conditions. Those applying for household liquor purchase shall complete the application within the purchase period for the township or town where their household registration originally belongs.
The Finance Department pointed out that regarding the division of work among units, the township and town household registration offices shall use 12/3 of the 102nd year (2013) as the household registration processing baseline date. If, before the allocation sale date, it is discovered that a person originally eligible for allocation purchase died before the household registration processing baseline date (12/3 of the 102nd year (2013)) and their household registration was not canceled, please also notify each township and town office to take care to avoid erroneous allocation sales.
At the same time, it is reminded that if purchasers of liquor need a purchase certificate issued, staff should first register those who have such a need, and then each township and town office shall issue the purchase certificate. Starting from the day of the township or town allocation sale, Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor Inc. will accept county residents of that township or town presenting their liquor pickup slip to collect the liquor at Ningshan Warehouse.
