Seizing New Year Goods Business Opportunities: World Trade Center Gives Out Early Bird Lucky Bags

As the Lunar New Year approaches, in addition to the traditional Dihua Street, the northern region has a new force this year. The World Trade Center New Year Goods Expo made its debut. At noon yesterday, at the entrance of Area C of Hall 1 of the World Trade Center, free limited early bird lucky bags were distributed, heating up the New Year atmosphere amid low temperatures.

Emphasizing internationalization and diversification of exhibits, one-stop shopping, and considerate home delivery service, the 2014 World Trade Center New Year Goods Expo is hosted by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council and will be exhibited from yesterday to the 22nd in Areas A and D of Hall 1 of the World Trade Center. The opening ceremony was held in the afternoon, presided over by Chairman Wang Chih-kang, and Minister of Economic Affairs Chang Chia-juch will also attend and deliver a speech.

The Taiwan External Trade Development Council stated that the first exhibition has more than 300 exhibitors using 550 booths for display, and the exhibition is expected to attract 100,000 visitors.

To attract crowds, at 12 noon yesterday, the New Year Goods Expo distributed 200 free early bird lucky bags at the entrance of Area C of Hall 1 of the World Trade Center. The first 100 people received an extra stone crab, and among the lucky bags for the latter 100 people, 1 lucky person could win 1 king crab with a market price of NT$2,000.

In addition, the New Year Goods Expo not only has 80 carefully planned stage activities, but also exhibitors' self-organized booth activities that complement each other, totaling more than 100 activities, bringing the public the most exciting New Year goods exhibition.

At the same time, the Beigang Chaotian Temple themed pavilion has a fun activity of throwing divination blocks to win Mazu figurines at 2 PM, 6 PM, and 8 PM every day during the exhibition period, with an extra session at 4 PM on holidays.

The good news is that various exhibitors are striving for New Year goods business opportunities, with products starting at as low as 49% off, and restaurant operators also offering 63% off, saving NT$4,000 on the spot for table reservations. Food category exhibitors must sign a "Food Safety Declaration" so that the public can buy happily and eat with peace of mind.
