Fedral Tires Race into the Tokyo Show

Federal Tire's own brand Fedral took part in the Tokyo Auto Salon this year, displaying four diverse vehicle models paired with different products from its lineup in one go, showcasing outstanding performance and its determination to make inroads into the Japanese market.

Federal stated that, including last year's second consecutive year as title sponsor of the Asia Rally, it sponsored the FLEX entry vehicles Toyota FJ Cruiser and HiAce, paired with the COURAGIA series off-road tire M/T and the SUV tire XUV, demonstrating this tire series' performance in conquering polar conditions; the Japanese Super GT entry vehicle Toyota 86 was fitted with Fedral racing tire Avante FZ-201, each complementing the other.

The highlight among the display cars at the booth was the limited-edition convertible Lamborghini, paired with the 595 RPM specially designed by Fedral for sports coupes.

Fedral also invited three well-known Japanese racing drivers - Hiroyuki Iiri (former Super GT champion), Koji Aoki (World Rally Driver) and Eiji Yamada (well-known Japanese racing driver) - to hold a talk show, giving the public a chance to see the famous drivers up close.
