The 2014 auto parts 4-in-1 show will open on the 9th. Yeh Ming-shui, deputy secretary-general of TAITRA, said a total of 1,346 exhibitors and 3,665 booths will take part, setting a new record.

TAITRA held a joint pre-show press conference and innovative product launch for the auto parts 4-in-1 show, announcing that the "30th Taipei International Auto Parts and Accessories Show," the "9th Taipei International Automobile Electronics Show," the "9th Taiwan International Motorcycle Show" and the "4th Taiwan International Electric Vehicle Show" will be held simultaneously from April 9 to 12 at the Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1 and the Nangang Exhibition Hall.

In his speech, Yeh Ming-shui said this year's exhibition features a total of 1,346 exhibitors and 3,665 booths, setting a new record; it is expected to attract more than 7,000 international buyers to Taiwan for procurement, including 12 heavyweight buyers with annual revenue of more than USD 100 million.

Yeh Ming-shui pointed out that this year's auto parts 4-in-1 show will be linked with the Taiwan International Fastener Show, held from April 14 to 15 at the Kaohsiung Exhibition Center, creating a "auto parts in the north, fasteners in the south" synergy that allows international buyers to purchase all the automotive-related parts and accessories they need in one trip.

According to data provided by TAITRA, Taiwan's auto parts export value has continued to grow every year, with export value reaching NT$197.9 billion in 2013, an increase of NT$3.1 billion compared with 2012.
