(Taiwan Business Daily News) Coconut Grove Group Chairman Qiu Chunxing donated 5 Kuozui Motors Wish 2.0 vehicles as police investigation and patrol cars. A donation ceremony was held yesterday morning. Hsinchu County Magistrate Qiu Jingchun specially presented a "Benefiting Police Administration" appreciation trophy to Chairman Qiu, thanking him for his contributions to maintaining public order as a supervisor of the Hsinchu County Police Friends Association.
Hsinchu County Magistrate Qiu Jingchun said that police equipment relies solely on the limited resources provided by the public sector, and it is difficult to make up the shortfall in a short time. Fortunately, the Police Friends Association and private forces such as Coconut Grove Construction have jointly invested in maintaining public order, enthusiastically donating 5 police investigation and patrol vehicles, allowing officers to take their ability to fight crime to the next level and making Hsinchu County a happy city where people can live and work in peace and contentment.
City Councilor He Ganming, who serves as honorary consultant of the Hsinchu County Police Friends Association, said he thanked police colleagues for their long-term dedication to maintaining public order, and also thanked the business community for its enthusiastic contributions. Chairman Qiu fulfilled corporate social responsibility and embodied the spirit of giving back what is taken from society, which is deeply moving.
Coconut Grove Group Chairman Qiu Chunxing said in an interview that he thanked the police colleagues of the Hsinchu County Government for maintaining public order on the front line and protecting people's lives and property. Purchasing police investigation and patrol vehicles can not only enhance officers' momentum in investigating crimes, but also give the public more protection for their lives and property. He hoped to express his intention to give back to society through practical action, and also looked forward to more enthusiastic people joining together to assist the police in maintaining public order.
Hsinchu County Police Bureau Director Huang also emphasized that Hsinchu County is vast in area and needs better duty vehicles to improve investigation efficiency. Some vehicles have already reached their service life, and due to limited financial resources, it was impossible to allocate sufficient budget to replace them all at once. He especially thanked the Police Friends Association and Coconut Grove Construction for demonstrating with practical action their determination to fight crime together with the police. This donation also brought great encouragement to police colleagues and is of great help in fighting crime and maintaining social stability and harmony.
